Shayona Cape Town collects only what is needed to take and deliver your order:

• your email (to sign in and send your order confirmation);
• your name and mobile number (to contact you about your order);
• for delivery: your address and map pin (to deliver and work out the delivery fee).

Payments are made on Yoco's secure payment page; we never see or store your card details.

We do not sell or share your details, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie keeps you signed in (for 3 days at most).

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, the security check on sign-in from Cloudflare Turnstile, and the delivery map from OpenStreetMap, so your browser contacts those services. When you drop the delivery pin, its location is sent to OpenStreetMap to look up the street and suburb.

Order emails are deleted from our records after 30 days; your orders stay in your account.
